Common questions

My microphone or system audio isn't being captured.

On the macOS desktop app, make sure Verli has Microphone and Screen & System Audio Recording permissions in System Settings → Privacy & Security. Restart the app after granting permissions.

The transcript is wrong or missing words.

Transcription is automated and works best with clear audio and a language set that matches what's being spoken. Try adding keywords and context in the AI Assistant panel to nudge the model.

How do I manage my subscription?

If you purchased on iOS or macOS, manage or cancel the subscription in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your Apple device. Web-based subscriptions can be managed from the billing page inside Verli.

How do I delete my account?

Follow the steps at account deletion, or email us and we'll handle it for you.

Where's my data stored?

See the Privacy Policy. It lists the data we collect and the processors we use.
