Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Verli from Inkvi LLC. If applicable law gives you stronger consumer rights, those rights control.

1. Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Your cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the applicable store, billing provider, or law says otherwise.

2. Purchases made through Apple

If you purchased Verli through the Apple App Store, Apple handles billing and refunds. Refund requests for those purchases must be submitted directly to Apple and are subject to Apple's policies and procedures.

3. Purchases made on our website

Subscriptions purchased on our website are processed by our third-party payment provider. Unless required by applicable law, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refunds may be issued on a discretionary basis or where you exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal or refund right.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund for a purchase made on our website, contact support@verli.app with your receipt or the email address used at checkout. We review requests in line with this policy and applicable law.

5. Technical or product issues

If you experience a persistent technical issue or a material defect that prevents you from accessing the features or benefits of Verli as described, contact support@verli.app first so we can try to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, any refund request will be handled in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
