You can permanently delete your Verli account and associated data at any time. Deletion is irreversible.
Delete from within the app
- Open Verli in the browser or the macOS app and make sure you’re signed in.
- Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner and choose Manage account.
- In the account panel, go to the Security section and click Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion. You’ll be signed out once it completes.
Delete by email
If you can’t access the app, send a deletion request from the address tied to your account to support@verli.app. We’ll confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your authentication profile (email, name, sign-in methods).
- Your billing account, remaining minutes, and usage history on our servers.
- Any share-session metadata tied to your account.
Raw audio is not stored, so there’s nothing to delete there. Diagnostic and billing records required for legal or tax reasons may be retained in anonymized form.
App Store subscriptions
Deleting your Verli account does not cancel an active subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. To stop auto-renewal, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your Apple device and cancel the Verli subscription before deleting your account.
