Can I use the live voice translator without an account?
Yes. You can translate up to three minutes of microphone speech without signing in or entering a credit card.
Which language should I speak?
Speak naturally in any supported language. The translator detects the spoken language automatically and translates it into the language you select.
Why do I sometimes see captions without hearing a voice?
Spoken playback can be turned off with the read-aloud toggle, and it pauses automatically if the speech service is briefly unavailable or the free speech allowance runs out. The translated captions always keep working.
Does Verli save my audio or transcript?
No. Audio is streamed to Soniox only for live transcription and translation, and finished translations are sent to a speech service only to generate the spoken audio. The anonymous tool keeps the transcript in this page's memory and clears it when you leave.
Can it translate meetings or computer audio?
This free tool listens only to your microphone. The full Verli app can translate meetings, browser tabs, videos, and system audio, and can save and share transcripts.
