Connect Verli to Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants
Verli saves your transcripts and their AI summaries in History. With the Verli connector, an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT can read them when you ask: find the call where pricing came up, sum up last week's lectures, or pull every action item from a meeting.
The connector is read-only. The assistant can list, search and open your saved transcripts, and it cannot change or delete anything.
Before you start
You need a Verli account with saved transcripts. Recordings are saved to History while Save meeting transcripts is on in Verli's Settings, and the setting applies to new recordings. The connector works on every Verli plan, including the free one, and it does not use your minutes.
Connect Verli to Claude
Verli is listed in Claude's connector directory as a Community connector. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an Owner adds it for the organization first, and then each member connects their own Verli account.
You can also add it by hand: in Customize, then Connectors, choose Add custom connector, name it Verli, and enter https://app.verli.app/mcp as the URL.
- In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, and find Verli in the directory. Or go straight to Verli's listing at https://claude.ai/directory/verli.
- Select Connect, sign in to your Verli account, and allow access.
- In a chat, open the tools menu and check that Verli is turned on.
Connect Verli to ChatGPT
When Verli appears in ChatGPT's plugin directory, you can search for Verli there and connect it in one step.
- Open the Plugins page in ChatGPT.
- Select the plus button, then Add custom MCP server.
- Enter https://app.verli.app/mcp as the server URL, choose OAuth for authentication, and confirm.
- Sign in to your Verli account and allow access.
Other AI assistants
Any assistant that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth sign-in can use the same address, https://app.verli.app/mcp. In Claude Code, for example, run: claude mcp add --transport http verli https://app.verli.app/mcp
What you can ask
The assistant gets three tools: one lists your transcripts, newest first; one searches the full text of all of them, including translations and AI summaries; and one opens a transcript with its summary and full text. You can ask in your own words, for example:
"Find the call where we talked about the budget and tell me what we decided."
"What were the action items from my last three meetings?"
"What did Maria say about the launch date?"
"Turn yesterday's lecture into study notes in Portuguese."
Privacy and disconnecting
The assistant reaches only your own transcripts, only after you sign in and allow it, and it can only read them. What it reads goes to that assistant's provider, which handles it under its own privacy policy. You can disconnect Verli at any time in the assistant's connector or plugin settings. Verli's privacy policy explains the rest.
