A seat's hours belong to that person. They refill every 30 days and don't roll over. Prices are in US dollars, before tax.
Your admins run the team themselves
Once your team is set up, everything happens on the Team page in the web app. Admins don't need a seat of their own, so someone from IT or finance can run the team without using one.
Invite people by email
Type an email address and pick a seat and a role. Someone who already has a Verli account with that email joins right away. Anyone else gets an email to set one up.
Change seats and roles
Add or remove seats, move someone between Standard and Premium, and make anyone an admin. Seat changes are charged or credited right away.
Remove people
When someone leaves, remove them and their seat is free for the next person. Their transcripts stay in their own account.
See everyone's hours
See how many hours each person used this cycle, including shared hours, and download it all as a CSV file. Buy more shared hours by card when you need them.

Windows and Mac apps
Verli captures the computer's sound and the microphone, so it works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and any other app that plays a call or video. Get them on the download page.

Translate a call, a webinar or a video playing in a Chrome tab.
Web app
Works in any modern browser, with nothing to install.
No meeting bot
Nothing joins the call and no bot shows up in the participant list. Verli listens on each person's own computer.
Security and privacy
Verli doesn't keep raw audio after a session, and doesn't use your audio or transcripts to train AI.
Each person's transcripts stay in their own account. Team admins see seats, roles and hours, not what anyone recorded.

Frequently asked questions
Can team admins read our transcripts?
No. Admins see seats, roles and the hours each person used. Transcripts and summaries stay in each person's own account.
What happens when someone runs out of hours?
If your team has shared hours from packs, they keep going on those. If not, they can record again when their seat hours refill.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Seat hours refill every 30 days and don't carry over. Shared hours from packs last a year after you buy them.
Does Verli work with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet?
Yes. Use the Windows or Mac app, the Chrome extension or the web app. Verli listens on the person's computer, so no meeting bot joins the call.
Does the person who manages the team need a seat?
No. Admins can run the team without a seat, so someone from IT or finance doesn't use one of your seats.
